Our favorite brew for sledding in the moonlight! A big malty backbone is provided by Simpsons Golden Promise. Premium Caramalt and Heritage Crystal malt add biscuit and dark fruit notes. A dash of Roasted Barley adds to the dark amber color and complexity of the grain build. With that stage set a late kettle addition of our holiday spice blend makes this beer truly special. Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cardamom balance beautifully and offer a unique aroma and taste perfect for the winter months.

West be the best, especially with orange peel! Pils and Crystal malts set the stage for this moderately sized gorilla. Through the gentle use of centennial, Nelson Sauvin, and Amarillo hops, we created a beautiful marriage of sweet and bitter. Don’t stop, get it! Get it!
GALLAGHER WATERMELON WHEAT
Crush your winter woes with a little blast of summertime flavor. A mixture of Pilsner and wheat malts add body and soft sweetness, kicked up by Watermelon craft purée. Just like the man himself, smash some watermelons!
You may remember this brew as a collaboration we did with our good friend, Black Fox, at Rockyard Brewing Co. Now, we’re one big family! No collaboration necessary. Our house Saison recipe, tweaked just a bit, then hit with a massive amount of Blackberry purée. WHAM! Don’t get guilty feet. Grab one, we know you’re not a fool!
Our award winning Kölsch is a top-fermented, lagered beer. This beer is brewed with German ingredients and follows the Rheinheitgebot. Ask your friendly beertender what that means.

Did Von Miller’s trade leave a sour taste in your mouth? Us too! Sweeten your pallet a smidge with this delicious Mango Sour. Kettle souring with a special Helveticus strain left this brew tart, but mango puree gives a sweeter let down than your average sour. Raise a glass for #58! We’ll miss you Von!
I SAT BY THE OCEAN
Taste our collaboration project with Mirror Image Brewing owned by our bestie Theresa. Locally grown Leopold Bros Pilsner malts sets up the stage with a touch of Crystal malt to add the color of an ocean sunset. Mosaic, Cascade, and Amarillo hops intertwine together and keep this bitterness balanced with song and dance. Put your feet in the sand and enjoy the delightful love child.
DOWNPEAK POMEGRANATE SOUR
(32oz To-Go Only!) Taste our collaboration project with our great friends at Peakview Brewing! This fermtation vessel soured ale was brewed with 84lbs of pomegranate purée. We used 2-row, white wheat, and flaked oats for the malt profile and a touch of vanilla to round out the finish.
CUTE FUZZY BUNNY
Our classic saison with sweet orange peel added late boil for citrus aroma and 84 pounds of pink guava puree added post fermentation. Fruity and refreshing with subtle spice notes from a specialty Belgian yeast. Is it weird that I want to cuddle with this beer?
(32oz To-Go Only!) We skinned and juiced 250 pounds of fresh select cucumbers for this quenching delight. Kettle souring with a select lacto strain and Cal ale yeast offer the perfect base brew. A little sweet? Yup. Sour? Definitely. Re-fresh-ing? 100% Recommend pairing? Patio!

GHOST TOWN BROWN
An Elk Mountain throwback! This English Brown is brewed with imported malts which provide a rich body with chocolaty overtones. Willamette hops balance the sweetness form the malts and lend a slight floral note. Historically named for the time period after the 1933 flood that devastated Parker and drove most of the population out leaving a ghost town.
