AUNT AMELIA’S
Tis the Saison for the Holiday Season. This play on our classic Saison recipe will hit the spot with any delicious dish you are preparing. Loaded with tons of Cranberry fruit and the perfect amount of spices to have you coming back for more. Brewed with the inspiration of Amelia Simmons who published the first American cookbook in the United States, this brew brings that home for the holidays feeling!

AUTUMN SQUEEZE
Inspired by the annual autumn abscission we dropped a double dose of dry hops into this tasty brew. Late kettle additions of Cascade and HBC 472 provide minimal bitterness and a big floral and pine nose. Two separate dry hop additions of HBC 630 and Mosaic provide complex berry, citrus, and woody notes. A healthy percentage of white wheat and flaked oats in the grain build provide a soft mouth feel and quenching finish.

BORDELLO OF BLOOD ORANGE
This Blonde Ale was brewed with Proximity Pilsner for the base, then we threw in some Flaked Oats to give it some body. Cascade hops provide a light bitterness and then smacked with a healthy amount of Blood Orange fruit makes this brew spooky good, even the crypt keeper would approve.

ANIMAL – STYLE
Another West Coast banger built with all the right ingredients. Proximity Pilsner, Weyermann Munich I, a touch of Weyermann Acidulated and Simpson Crystal Dark provide the perfect body. The use of Chinook Oil, HBC 630 experimental & Simcoe hop additions balance this beauty out to make the perfect brew. Quality you can taste like your favorite drive through Double-Double but don’t forget to add that secret menu addition.

5 BUCK CHUCK NORRIS
You can’t go anywhere and get a craft beer for 5 bucks anymore! Well inflation has met its match! We brewed a low abv Extra Pale Ale that chops prices and kicks major buck. Pilsner, Pale, and Acidulated malts keep this ale nice and light while we balanced it with Mosaic oil and Willamette hops. Chuck Norris doesn’t get drunk, he simply lowers his IQ to yours.

FRESH AF
We skinned and juiced 300 pounds of fresh super select cucumbers for this quenching delight. Kettle souring with a select lacto strain and Cal ale yeast offer the perfect base brew. A little sweet? Yup. Sour? Definitely. Re-fresh-ing? 100% Recommend pairing? Patio!

COLLISION KÖLSCH
Our award winning Kölsch is a top-fermented, lagered beer. This beer is brewed with all German ingredients and follows the Reinheitsgebot. Ask your friendly beertender what that means.

APRES AMBER
Rounded by a malty backdrop of caramel and biscuit notes, this ale opens up with hints of toasty bitterness and finishes with a slight sweetness.

NOT BERRY FARM
Patio pounder season is upon us! Our traditional golden ale base smacked full of Raspberry. Super crushable with fresh, jam like qualities. We’re nowhere near a berry farm, but we can imagine right?!

SATURDAY NUT FEVER
Our Brown Ale dosed with plenty of peanut butter! Get down with the boogie and enjoy our locally famous peanut butter ale only available in our taproom.

GHOST TOWN BROWN
An Elk Mountain throwback! This English Brown is brewed with imported malts which provide a rich body with chocolatey overtones. Willamette hops balance the sweetness from the malts and lend a slight floral note. Historically named for the time period after the 1933 flood that devastated Parker and drove most of the population out leaving a ghost town.
