We skinned and juiced 250 pounds of fresh select cucumbers for this quenching delight. Kettle souring with a select lacto strain and Cal ale yeast offer the perfect base brew. A little sweet? Yup. Sour? Definitely. Re-fresh-ing? 100% Recommend pairing? Patio!
HALL OF SPLENDOR
What’s Kveik? Simply put Kveik is Norwegian for yeast. This pale ale was brewed with the Voss strain that has been used in Norway since the early 1980’s. Fermented at very high temperatures this yeast strain gives off heavy citrus flavors. We hopped this pale with a bit of Centennial early in the boil and then went exclusively to Comet for our flavor, aroma, and dry hop. Comet also produces citrus aromas of grapefruit and tangerine but has also been said to have a unique aroma described as “Wild America”.
A little sweet, a little spicy, and very refreshing! We brewed a traditional Hefeweizen with hops, malt, wheat, and yeast imported from Germany. Natural clove and banana esters developed during fermentation provide flavors unique to this style of beer. A wheat heavy grain build makes this beer refreshing as is but we decided to break the Reinheitsgebot and take it up a notch. We added blueberry purée during the boil and a blend of blueberry and Açaí post fermentation giving this brew a beautiful pink hue and additional sweetness.
Our award winning Kölsch is a top-fermented, lagered beer. This beer is brewed with all German ingredients and follows the Rheinheitsgebot. Ask your friendly beertender what that means.
Rounded by a malty backdrop of caramel and biscuit notes, this ale opens up with hints of toasty bitterness and finishes with a slight sweetness.
Our year round patio pleaser! The Golden Ale is refreshing and light without being overly sweet. Too manly to drink a fruited beer? No, you’re not! Can you figure out where the name comes from? “The night is dark and full of terrors.”
GHOST TOWN BROWN
An Elk Mountain throwback! This English Brown is brewed with imported malts which provide a rich body with chocolatey overtones. Willamette hops balance the sweetness from the malts and lend a slight floral note. Historically named for the time period after the 1933 flood that devastated Parker and drove most of the population out leaving a ghost town.
SATURDAY NUT FEVER
Our Brown Ale dosed with plenty of peanut butter! Get down with the boogie and enjoy our locally famous peanut butter ale only available in our taproom.
Beautiful West Coast bitterness with a bunch of Cara Cara Orange. Piney up front with a delightful crisp citrus and juniper finish. Great for rocking out or mellowing down. Brewed with Pale Ale malt and a touch of Crystal malt to create a perfectly balanced IPA for these last summer days. Enjoy!
This heavy hitting IPA delivers a devastating hop pop! Light in body as it was brewed exclusively with Colorado grown and malted Pilsner two row. An early addition of Cryo Chinook hops steps into the ring with clean bitterness. The mid-boil addition of Centennial adds a subtle pine flavor that leads into the final pop. Cryo Pop that is! For the first time we broke out Yakima Cheif’s new Cryo Pop blend. An early dry hop of this blend brings the knockout with sweet citrus and tropical aromas.
