TOM RIDDLE’S GO TO

Dark Lager
6.5% ABV, 24 IBU
We concocted this delicious “old bit of dark magic” to appease “He who must not be named”. Special W was used heavily in the mash providing a beautiful ruby color and notes of stone fruit. Chocolate malt was also heavily utilized bringing the darkness to this brew as well as cocoa and coffee flavors. Lager yeast propagated from the historic Weihenstephan Brewery provides a smooth finish. No wizards were harmed in the making of this brew!

MELISANDRE

Raspberry Golden Ale
ABV: 5.5% / IBU:15
Our year round patio pleaser!  The Golden Ale is refreshing and light without being overly sweet.  Too manly to drink a fruited  beer?  No, you’re not!  Can you figure out where the name comes from?  “The night is dark and full of terrors.”

TANGERINE ELECTRIC

Tangerine Sour

ABV: 6.5% / IBU:20
Very juicy with a subtle tang from a short kettle souring process with lactobacillus plantarum strain.  Just over 25% of the grain build was premium white wheat making this brew extremely quenching.  Finished of with over ten pounds per barrel of tangerine puree this is some serious citrus goodness!

BARREL AGED BLACK IS BEAUTIFUL

Barrel Aged Imperial Stout

ABV: 8.25% / IBU:50
After six months of aging in Laws Whiskey barrels we are proud to offer this big, boozy, complex version of the benefit brew we did back in August.  These amazing barrels have added new depth and character to an already robust beer.  Notes of dark cherries and vanilla are present in the nose along with a beautiful bourbon aroma.  The oak and char fuse with the time softened roast providing a strong yet smooth body.  This beer will continue to open up as it warms!  Happy Stout Month!

MIX TAPE FOR KELLY KAPOWSKI

West Coast IPA

ABV: 6.8% / IBU: 75
Saturday mornings were the best!  Bottomless bowls of cereal and your favorite cartoons.  Wait what’s this?  Saved By the Bell?  Wait… who’s that?  This IPA doesn’t really have anything to do with any of that but what the hell.  We used Colorado grown Pilsner malt as well as Chinook, Centennial, Cascade, and Pacific Jade hops to create this stunner!  Beautiful and bold with a subtle hop bite.

GHOST TOWN BROWN

Brown Ale

ABV: 5.3% / IBU: 25
An Elk Mountain throwback! This English Brown is brewed with imported malts which provide a rich body with chocolaty overtones. East Kent Golding hops balance the sweetness from the malts and lend a slight floral. Historically named for the time period after the 1933 flood that devastated Parker and drove most of the population out leaving a ghost town.
