5.3% ABV, 25 IBU
Only available in our taproom, our locally famous peanut butter brown ale boasts a creamy mouthfeel with hints of chocolate. Get down with the boogie!
German Style Kölsch
4.5% ABV, 14 IBU
Our award winning Kölsch is a top-fermented, lagered beer. This beer is brewed with all German ingredients and follows the Rheinheitsgebot. Ask your friendly beertender what that means.
Raspberry Golden Ale
5.5% ABV, 15 IBU
Melisandre is our year round patio pleaser! This golden ale is refreshing and light without being overly sweet. Too manly to drink a fruited beer? No you’re not! Can you figure out where the name comes from? “The night is dark and full of terrors.”
CHERREMY SPOKE IN
5.5% ABV, 15 IBU
Brewed with imported pale wheat and cherries from Oregon, this ale has a reddish straw hue and is extremely refreshing. Subtle fruitiness from the cherries combine with clove and banana esters provided by a select yeast strain known for producing exceptional wheat based beers. A little ray of sunshine in the winter months.
AMERICAN AMBER ALE
ABV: 6.2% / IBU: 30
Rounded by a malty backdrop of caramel and biscuit notes, this ale opens up with hints of toasty bitterness and finishes with a slight sweetness.
ABV: 6.5% / IBU: 85
Early additions of Mosaic hops provide a crisp bitterness leading into balanced pine and lemon flavors contributed by a large addition of Centennial hops mid-boil. A massive 20 pound charge of sweet orange peel was steeped from end of the boil throughout the transfer to the fermenter, filling the brewery and this brew with loads of citrus aroma. Dry hopped with Azacca hops adding even more citrus aroma! Permission to peel out granted!
2 AM TOBOGGAN RIDES
ABV: 7.3% / IBU: 22
Our favorite brew for sledding in the moonlight! A big malty backbone is provided by Simpsons Golden Promise. Premium Caramalt and Heritage Crystal malt add biscuit and dark fruit notes. A dash of Roasted Barley adds to the dark amber color and complexity of the grain build. Late kettle addition of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cardamon balance beautifully and offer a unique aroma and taste, perfect for the winter months.
Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
ABV: 9.2% / IBU: 43
One year ago we brewed Dos Dragos, an Imperial Stout inspired by Mexican Chocolate Cake. Four barrels worth of that beer found its way into Basil Haden’s barrels and was tucked away in the corner until now! A year of barrel aging contributed notes of Kentucky oak, dried dark fruit, sweet tobacco, and sherry. This complex brew opens as it warms, the first sip and the last sip will vary. Entering the barrel as Dos Dragos and emerging as Ghidorah!
ABV: 6.2% / IBU: 75
We decided to play some jazz flute on this brew! We used Pils and White Wheat as base malts combined with Crystal and Dark Malts to achieve a robust caramel profile with a rich mahogany color. Then we hopped as we would on an IPA. Mosaic, Cashmere, and Azacca hops in the kettle provided a mellow bitterness and subtle melon and citrus notes. Finished with a heavy dose of Ekuanot Cyro dry hops. So smooth it could make a wolverine purr.
GHOST TOWN BROWN
ABV: 5.3% / IBU: 25
An Elk Mountain throwback! This English brown is brewed with imported malts which provide a rich body with chocolaty overtones. East Kent Golding hops balance the sweetness from the malts and lend a slight floral note. Historically named for the era after the 1933 flood that devastated Parker and drove most of the population out leaving our city a “ghost town”.
ABV: 5.6% / IBU: 75
What do this beer and Mega Man have in common? Both are sour upfront and finish bitter. Raise one to Spark with this thirst quenching Sour IPA! Made with Golden Promise malt, Centennial and Mosaic hops. This crisp, straw yellow ale supplies tropical and piney aromatics.
West Coast IPA
ABV: 6.6% / IBU: 77
Drink you must, enjoy you will! A single malt brew made with only Rahr Pilsner malt providing body while allowing the hops to shine. Hop additions of Mosaic at 90 minutes, Centennial at 60, and Cascade at 30 produce a smooth bitterness as well as citrus and pine notes. Ekuanot Cyro hops added during primary fermentation bestow a lemon and lime fragrance. The force is strong with this one!
