This West Coast IPA was brewed with Pale Malt and a small amount of Honey and Acidulated malt for the base. Throwing a touch of Chinook Hop oil in for bittering and hitting a throwback style with Eldorado and Mosaic hop additions, we will have you reminiscing about bumping some DRE and chilling with the boys. We sure aren’t real doctors but we can prescribe you some Suds!
CUTE FUZZY BUNNY
Our classic saison with sweet orange peel added late boil for citrus aroma and 84 pounds of pink guava puree added post fermentation. Fruity and refreshing with subtle spice notes from a specialty Belgian yeast. Is it weird that I want to cuddle with this beer?
THE FARMERS DAUGHTER
Though it doesn’t feel like it, Spring and Summer are right around the corner. We just couldn’t wait. Easy drinking and light bodied with a touch of tartness to compliment the Watermelon. Reminiscent of your favorite watermelon hard candy. Enjoy!
Another brew from the Black Fox archive! This is our classic example of a dark Belgian Dubbel. This ale has light bread, caramel, and cocoa aromas accompanied by a slight Belgian candy sweetness. As the title suggest this beer packs a bit of a punch, but is very easy drinking. Try not to get too Van Dammaged with this one!
LAGER YOU LONG TIME
It takes a while to make a lager just right. We took our time to make sure it was proper for your drinking enjoyment. Pilsner and Crystal malts are the star of the show while gentle bitterness comes through from German Hallertaurer hops. Perfectly balanced for ultimate crush ability! Enjoy while it lasts.
COMB THE DESERT
Spaceball 1 says this is ludicrous. This Pineapple Passion Fruit Blonde was brewed with Pilsner and a bit of Honey Malt for a nice mild sweetness. The use of Citra hops gives this beer a mild citrus bitterness. We then hit it with 80 lbs of pineapple and passion fruit. No jamming signals here, just Oregon Fruit purée. No need to comb the desert for refreshment, we got it right here!
STEEP & DEEP!
You know ski season is here when we bust out the high gravity beers! This big ale was brewed using a blend of five malts, a touch of oats, and English hops. We then introduced whiskey soaked oak spirals to give it a touch of “barrel aged” flavor and aroma. Be cautious with this one, it hits like the Back Bowls of Vail!
Our award winning Kölsch is a top-fermented, lagered beer. This beer is brewed with all German ingredients and follows the Reinheitsgebot. Ask your friendly beertender what that means.
NOT BERRY FARM
Patio pounder season is upon us! Our traditional blonde base smacked full of Raspberry. Super crushable with fresh, jam like qualities. We’re nowhere near a berry farm, but we can imagine right?!
Rounded by a malty backdrop of caramel and biscuit notes, this ale opens up with hints of toasty bitterness and finishes with a slight sweetness.
