PLUM CRAZY

Plum Gose
6.2% ABV, 8 IBU
Tart, sweet, salty, and super refreshing! We kettle soured this brew for 48 hours before adding over ten pounds per barrel of plum purée and a precise amount of Pink Himalayan salt to the boil. After fermentation we got a little crazy and added an additional ten pounds per barrel of plum purée. The result is a thirst quenching patio pounder that’ll drive your taste buds wild!

RABID POMERANIAN

IPA
6.3% ABV, 84 IBU
This is a beast of an IPA! Brewed with Pilsner, Pale, and a dash of Crystal malts accompanied by Chinook, Veterans blend, and Azacca hops. Also heavily dry hopped with Azacca to provide a small stone fruit and tropical bite that is sure to scratch that itch. Good dog, bad owner!

American Amber Ale
6.2% ABV, 30 IBU
Rounded by a malty backdrop of caramel and biscuit notes, this ale opens up with hints of toasty bitterness and finishes with a slight sweetness.

Our year round patio pleaser!  The Golden Ale is refreshing and light without being overly sweet.  Too manly to drink a fruited  beer?  No, you’re not!  Can you figure out where the name comes from?  “The night is dark and full of terrors.”

BARREL AGED BLACK IS BEAUTIFUL

Barrel Aged Imperial Stout

ABV: 8.25% / IBU:50
After six months of aging in Laws Whiskey barrels we are proud to offer this big, boozy, complex version of the benefit brew we did back in August.  These amazing barrels have added new depth and character to an already robust beer.  Notes of dark cherries and vanilla are present in the nose along with a beautiful bourbon aroma.  The oak and char fuse with the time softened roast providing a strong yet smooth body.  This beer will continue to open up as it warms!  Happy Stout Month!

Run for your life IPA

A crazy hoppy beer for these crazy times!  Heavy on Mosaic hops, in fact Mosaic was the only hop we used.  Three big bags of orange peel were added at the end of boil for vitamin C and citrus punch.  We used Pilsner malt as the base grain with a dash of Carafoam and CaraMunich 3 for body and a bit of color.  An absolute must for your 2021 shit show survival kit.

Peach Saison

Our classic Saison with freshly ground coriander seed added late boil for fruity and floral aromas.  We also added over one pound of peach purée per barrel after fermentation finished.  Fruity and refreshing with subtle spice notes from a specialty Belgian yeast.  Just like Cheetara this beer is bold, badass, and beautiful!

Vienna Lager

We think Wolfgang would approve!  The classical composing legend spent much of his life in Vienna.  While this beer style post dates the music genius, the beauty and complexity of his work and this brew are both undeniable.  Brewed with imported ingredients from the origin area, no shortcuts here.  Vienna malt as the base with a kick of Munich 1 for color and subtle toast.  Hallertauer Mittelfrueh hop charges at 60, 30, and 5 lend clean bitterness and noble aroma.  Rock me Amadeus!

GHOST TOWN BROWN

Brown Ale

An Elk Mountain throwback! This English Brown is brewed with imported malts which provide a rich body with chocolatey overtones. East Kent Golding hops balance the sweetness from the malts and lend a slight floral. Historically named for the time period after the 1933 flood that devastated Parker and drove most of the population out leaving a ghost town.

BEBOP TIL YOU ROCKSTEADY

IPA

We mashed up this delicious hop juice using Colorado grown Pils malt, two varieties of oats, and a dash of crystal wheat. Late kettle and dry hop charges of Cascade and Ekuanot provide citrus and pine notes upfront. An early Chinook addition in the kettle lays down a classic bitterness that helps balance the oat enhanced body. Pairs well with our Shredder pizza.
